NumiqPlay ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to our mobile applications (including Numiq) and our online services at numiqplay.com.

2. Information We Collect

Numiq is engineered as an offline-first cognitive puzzle game. We adhere to data minimization:

• Local Gameplay Data: High scores, campaign star progress, brain ratings, and unlocked avatars are stored locally on your device using encrypted sandbox storage.
• Cloud Sync & Authentication: If you choose to sync your progress using Google Play or Apple Game Center, we store your game progress snapshot associated with an anonymous identifier. We do not collect passwords or access personal contacts.
• Diagnostic Data: Anonymous technical crash logs and performance metrics to ensure stability and smooth frame rates.

3. Children's Privacy

Our games comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

4. Third-Party Services

Depending on your device platform, the following platform services may process game data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

• Apple Game Center: Global leaderboards and achievement tracking on iOS.
• Google Play Games Services: Achievements and cloud saves on Android.
• Cloudflare: Edge security, SSL encryption, and DDoS mitigation for api.numiqplay.com.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

You can reset all local gameplay progress at any time directly in the game settings under Settings > Reset All Game Data. To request the complete deletion of any cloud-synced account data, email us at support@numiqplay.com.
